The lists will close Friday, July 18, 2025, at 3:00 pm.

Gulf Village - 2 Bedrooms Only
Emerson Gardens – 2 Bedrooms Only, Senior Citizens, ages 62 and older
Downtown Renaissance - 2 Bedrooms Only, Senior Citizens, ages 62 and older

Families enjoyed jumpers, music, food, and snow cone truck, and interactive booths focused on protecting our local waterways and building a cleaner, greener community.

Mobile Housing Authority is proud to partner with The Joseph Project Food Distribution Center to provide monthly food boxes—generously supplied by Feeding the Gulf Coast—at Central Plaza Towers Senior Living Facility. This partnership ensures our senior residents have reliable access to essential groceries, promoting their health and well-being. We are committed to expanding this vital service to the remaining senior communities in our Low-income Public Housing Portfolio.

2025 AHAEEF Education & Enrichment Scholarship Winner

The Mobile Housing Authority congratulates Kayleigh Morgan, daughter of an MHA staff member, on being named a 2025 Education & Enrichment Scholarship winner through AHAEEF! Applications were submitted by MHA, and Kayleigh was selected by the Alabama Housing Authorities Education and Enrichment Foundation.
